The Killington Mountain School opened its doors to competitive snowboard riders in 1998. The program has grown significantly since its inception. KMS Snowboarding offers a wide range of developmental levels for athletes 12 and older.  The program is tailored to those who are interested competing and progressing their skills to a professional level. Our training caters to the individual needs of our athletes, who may range in ability from the first-time competitor to the most seasoned rider competing with the USSA/USASA Snowboard Team. 

Killington snowboarders train in Half-pipe, BorderX, Slopestyle, Big Air, Slalom, Giant Slalom and SuperG o­n some of the best pipes and parks in the country and o­n extremely challenging racing terrain. Our program gives athletes the opportunity for rapid improvement and the chance to measure their gains in competitions at many levels in different series.
