The Killington ski racing, snowboard and freestyle staffs are dedicated to providing our competitors with the means to develop as athletes and young people. The coaching staff is particularly sensitive to the demands placed o­n student/athletes and stress the importance of motivation and positive encouragement. Each coach works with approximately six competitors, ensuring close individualized attention. The Killington Mountain School coaching staff has experience working with athletes at all ability levels and ages. Most of our coaches were elite athletes themselves and some have had Olympic, World Cup, and NCAA racing and/or coaching experience.
